We are thrilled that you have decided to join us at Fit Chicks Boot Camp!    You can jump in and start your fitness journey with us anytime.  Simply, choose a  camp frequency that works best with your schedule (3, 4 or 5 days a week). A New Camper Waiver and Medical Information Form are required for all new campers as well as any returning camper who has been away from camp for more than 12 months.  Download, print, complete and sign these forms and bring them with you when you attend your first Fit Chicks Boot Camp class.

Remember that in addition to completing these forms, you will need to register for a Boot Camp Package on our main Registration Page.
