We are thrilled that you have decided to join us at Fit Chicks Boot Camp!    You can jump in and start your fitness journey with us anytime.  Simply, choose a  camp frequency that works best with your schedule (3, 4 or 5 days a week). View our Registration Page for a complete listing of camp pricing options.

A New Camper Waiver and Medical Information Form are required for all new campers as well as any returning camper who has been away from camp for more than 12 months.  Download, print, complete and sign these forms and bring them with you when you attend your first Fit Chicks Boot Camp class.

Remember that in addition to completing these forms, you will need to register for a Boot Camp Package on our main Registration Page.

  • I started boot camp when I wasn’t losing the weight I gained from having my girls.  I was rather nervous to get up and get moving to be at camp by 5:30 AM since I was completely out of shape, and I’m NOT a morning person at all.  I must say, I miss it now when I don’t get to go.  I love the camaraderie shared by the women who also get up at 0 dark 30 to get their exercise in, before the events of the day take over and get in the way.  I love the variety in the daily workouts.  I love the fact that the ladies hold each other accountable when necessary, and are so supportive always.  The instructor is amazing, motivating, and supportive.  With her support, I was able to complete a half marathon this year.  I always thought it would be so cool to have the 13.1 or 26.2 on the back of the car, but until recently, I wasn’t motivated to do that kind of work.  I now proudly sport a 13.1 on the back of my car!
