Fit Chicks Boot Camp operates Monday – Friday from 5:30 am – 6:30 am.   We get our workouts done first thing in the morning, leaving us energized, feeling great, and ready to rock out our day!

Fit Chicks Boot Camp operates on a rolling 4 week schedule, so you can join at any time!   Your 4 weeks begins at the time you attend your first class.   For more logistical information about our boot camp, please visit the FAQ page.

Fit Chicks invites both new and returning boot campers to register online for upcoming sessions. First Time Campers are asked to complete the New Camper Registration Form in addition to selecting an option below.

Registration options include a 4 Week Only Pass or a 3 Month Commitment to receive big savings.

Why women in Dayton, Ohio love our Fit Chicks Boot Camp for women:

  • I started boot camp when I wasn’t losing the weight I gained from having my girls.  I was rather nervous to get up and get moving to be at camp by 5:30 AM since I was completely out of shape, and I’m NOT a morning person at all.  I must say, I miss it now when I don’t get to go.  I love the camaraderie shared by the women who also get up at 0 dark 30 to get their exercise in, before the events of the day take over and get in the way.  I love the variety in the daily workouts.  I love the fact that the ladies hold each other accountable when necessary, and are so supportive always.  The instructor is amazing, motivating, and supportive.  With her support, I was able to complete a half marathon this year.  I always thought it would be so cool to have the 13.1 or 26.2 on the back of the car, but until recently, I wasn’t motivated to do that kind of work.  I now proudly sport a 13.1 on the back of my car!
